Jesus Foretells His Death and Resurrection

Greek stumbling block
to me. For you nare not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.”


Take Up Your Cross and Follow Jesus

24Then Jesus told his disciples, If anyone would come after me, let him odeny himself and ptake up his cross and follow me. 25For qwhoever would save his life
The same Greek word can mean either soul or  life, depending on the context; twice in this verse and twice in verse 26
will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.

Matthew 19:28

28Jesus said to them, Truly, I say to you, in the new world,

John 12:26

Jesus Foretells Peter’s Denial

John 21:22
