Numbers 14:24

24 But my servant ^aCaleb, because he has a different spirit and has ^bfollowed me fully, I will bring into the land into which he went, and his descendants shall possess it.

Deuteronomy 1:36

36 ^cexcept Caleb the son of Jephunneh. He shall see it, and to him and to his children I will give the land on which he has trodden, because he has wholly followed the Lord!’

Joshua 14:9-14

9 And Moses swore on that day, saying, ^d‘Surely the land ^eon which your foot has trodden shall be an inheritance for you and your children forever, because you have wholly followed the Lord my God.’ 10 And now, behold, the Lord has kept me alive, ^fjust as he said, these ^gforty-five years since the time that the Lord spoke this word to Moses, while Israel walked in the wilderness. And now, behold, I am this day ^heighty-five years old. 11 ⁱI am still as strong today as I was in the day that Moses sent me; my strength now is as my strength was then, for war and ^jfor going and coming. 12 So now give me this hill country of which the Lord spoke on that day, for you heard on that day how the ^kAnakim were there, with great fortified cities. It may be that the Lord will be with me, and I shall drive them out just as the Lord said.”

13 Then Joshua ^lblessed him, and he gave ^mHebron to Caleb the son of Jephunneh for an inheritance. 14 Therefore Hebron became the inheritance of Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenizzite to this day, ⁿbecause he wholly followed the Lord, the God of Israel.

Joshua 15:13-14

13 According to the commandment of the Lord to Joshua, he gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh a portion among the people of Judah, ^oKiriath-arba, that is, ^pHebron (Arba was the father of Anak). 14 And Caleb drove out from there the three sons of Anak, ^qSheshai and Ahiman and Talmai, the descendants of Anak.

Joshua 21:11-12

11 ^rThey gave them ^sKiriath-arba (Arba being the father of Anak), that is Hebron, ^tin the hill country of Judah, along with the pasturelands around it. 12 But the fields of the city and its villages had been given to Caleb the son of Jephunneh as his possession.
