Numbers 14:28-29

28 Say to them, ^a‘As I live, declares the Lord, ^bwhat you have said in my hearing I will do to you: 29 ^cyour dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, and ^dof all your number, listed in the census ^efrom twenty years old and upward, who have grumbled against me,

Numbers 26:2

2 ^f“Take a census of all the congregation of the people of Israel, from twenty years old and upward, by their fathers’ houses, all in Israel who are able to go to war.”

Numbers 26:64-65

64 ^gBut among these there was not one of those listed by Moses and Aaron the priest, who had listed the people of Israel in the wilderness of Sinai. 65 For the Lord had said of them, ^h“They shall die in the wilderness.” Not one of them was left, ⁱexcept Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun.

Deuteronomy 1:35

35 ^j‘Not one of these men of this evil generation shall see the good land that I swore to give to your fathers,

Deuteronomy 2:14-15

14 And the time from our leaving ^kKadesh-barnea until we crossed ^lthe brook Zered was thirty-eight years, ^muntil the entire generation, that is, the men of war, had perished from the camp, as the Lord had sworn to them. 15 For indeed the hand of the Lord was against them, to destroy them from the camp, until they had perished.
