Numbers 14:9
9Only ado not rebel against the Lord. And bdo not fear the people of the land, for cthey are bread for us. Their protection is removed from them, and the Lord is with us; do not fear them.”Numbers 14:42-43

12 gTherefore the people of Israel cannot stand before their enemies. They hturn their backs before their enemies, because they have become idevoted for destruction. ▼▼That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)

Therefore I have summoned you to tell me what I shall do.” 16And Samuel said, “Why then do you ask me, since the Lord has turned from you and become your enemy?
2 Chronicles 15:2
