Numbers 15:28-30

28 aAnd the priest shall make atonement before the Lord for the person who makes a mistake, when he sins unintentionally, to make atonement for him, and he shall be forgiven. 29 bYou shall have one law for him who does anything unintentionally, for him who is native among the people of Israel and for the stranger who sojourns among them. 30 cBut the person who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native or a sojourner, reviles the Lord, and that person shall be cut off from among his people.

1 Kings 18:36-37

36And at the time of dthe offering of the oblation, Elijah the prophet came near and said, “O Lord, eGod of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that fyou are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that gI have done all these things at your word. 37Answer me, O Lord, answer me, that this people may know that you, O Lord, are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.”
