Will you put out the eyes of these men? 12The man who facts presumptuously by not obeying the priest gwho stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So hyou shall purge the evil from Israel. 13And all the people ishall hear and fear and not act presumptuously again.Deuteronomy 21:20-21

pevery man to his tents, O Israel!”

16And when all Israel saw that the king did not listen to them, the people answered the king, “What portion do we have in David? We have no inheritance in the son of Jesse. qTo your tents, O Israel! Look now to your own house, David.” So Israel went to their tents.
