Deuteronomy 33:10-11

10 ^bThey shall teach Jacob your rules
and Israel your law;
^cthey shall put incense before you
and ^dwhole burnt offerings on your altar.
11 Bless, O Lord, his substance,

crush the loins of his adversaries,
of those who hate him, that they rise not again.”

Isaiah 53:10-12
