Numbers 21:13-15

13From there they set out and camped on the other side of the Arnon, which is in the wilderness that extends from the border of the Amorites, for the aArnon is the border of Moab, between Moab and the Amorites. 14Therefore it is said in the Book of the Wars of the Lord,

Waheb in Suphah, and the valleys of the Arnon,
15and the slope of the valleys
that extends to the seat of bAr,
and leans to the border of Moab.”

Deuteronomy 2:36

36 cFrom Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and from dthe city that is in the valley, as far as Gilead, there was not a city too high for us. eThe Lord our God gave all into our hands.

Deuteronomy 3:8

8So we took the land at that time out of the hand of the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, from the Valley of the Arnon to Mount Hermon

12“When we took possession of this land at that time, I gave to the Reubenites and the Gadites the territory beginning fat Aroer, which is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and half the hill country of Gilead with gits cities.

Joshua 13:16

16So their territory was from Aroer, hwhich is on the edge of the Valley of the Arnon, and the city that is in the middle of the valley, and all the tableland by iMedeba;

Judges 11:18

18“Then they journeyed through the wilderness and jwent around the land of Edom and the land of Moab and karrived on the east side of the land of Moab and lcamped on the other side of the Arnon. But they did not enter the territory of Moab, for the Arnon was the boundary of Moab.
