Numbers 21:25-30

25And Israel took all these cities, and Israel settled in all the cities of the Amorites, in Heshbon, and in all its villages. 26For Heshbon was the city of Sihon the king of the Amorites, who had fought against the former king of Moab and taken all his land out of his hand, as far as the Arnon. 27Therefore the aballad singers say,

Come to bHeshbon, let it be built;
let the city of Sihon be established.
28For cfire came out from dHeshbon,
flame from the city of Sihon.
It devoured eAr of Moab,
and swallowed
Septuagint; Hebrew the lords of
the heights of the Arnon.
29 gWoe to you, O Moab!
You are undone, O people of hChemosh!
He has made his sons fugitives,
and his daughters captives,
to an Amorite king, Sihon.
30So we overthrew them;
Heshbon, as far as iDibon, perished;
and we laid waste as far as Nophah;
fire spread as far as jMedeba.”
Compare Samaritan and Septuagint; Hebrew  and we laid waste as far as Nophah, which is as far as Medeba

Isaiah 15:5

5My heart cries out for Moab;
her fugitives flee to Zoar,
to nEglath-shelishiyah.
For at the oascent of Luhith
they go up weeping;
on the road to pHoronaim
they raise a cry of destruction;

Isaiah 16:8-9

8 For the fields of Heshbon languish,
and qthe vine of Sibmah;
the lords of the nations
have struck down its branches,
which reached to Jazer
and strayed to the desert;
its shoots spread abroad
and passed over the sea.
9Therefore rI weep with sthe weeping of Jazer
for the vine of Sibmah;
I drench you with my tears,
O Heshbon and Elealeh;
for over tyour summer fruit and your harvest
the shout has ceased.

Jeremiah 48:34-35

34 uFrom the outcry at Heshbon even to Elealeh, as far as Jahaz they utter their voice, from Zoar to vHoronaim and Eglath-shelishiyah. For the waters of Nimrim also have become desolate. 35And I will bring to an end in Moab, declares the Lord, him who offers sacrifice in wthe high place and makes offerings to his god.
