Numbers 21:28-30

28For afire came out from bHeshbon,
flame from the city of Sihon.
It devoured cAr of Moab,
and swallowed
Septuagint; Hebrew the lords of
the heights of the Arnon.
29 eWoe to you, O Moab!
You are undone, O people of fChemosh!
He has made his sons fugitives,
and his daughters captives,
to an Amorite king, Sihon.
30So we overthrew them;
Heshbon, as far as gDibon, perished;
and we laid waste as far as Nophah;
fire spread as far as hMedeba.”
Compare Samaritan and Septuagint; Hebrew  and we laid waste as far as Nophah, which is as far as Medeba

Numbers 32:33-38

33And jMoses gave to them, to the people of Gad and to the people of Reuben and to the half-tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land and its cities with their territories, the cities of the land throughout the country. 34And the people of Gad built kDibon, lAtaroth, mAroer, 35Atroth-shophan, nJazer, Jogbehah, 36 oBeth-nimrah and Beth-haran, pfortified cities, and folds for sheep. 37And the people of Reuben built qHeshbon, rElealeh, Kiriathaim, 38 sNebo, and tBaal-meon ( utheir names were changed), and vSibmah. And they gave other names to the cities that they built.

the shout has ceased.
