Numbers 22:7

7So the elders of Moab and athe elders of Midian departed with bthe fees for divination in their hand. And they came to Balaam and gave him Balak’s message.

Numbers 22:17-18

17 cfor I will surely do you great honor, and whatever you say to me I will do. dCome, curse this people for me.’” 18But Balaam answered and said to the servants of Balak, eThough Balak were to give me his house full of silver and gold, fI could not go beyond the command of the Lord my God to do less or more.

Numbers 24:11-13

11Therefore now flee to your own place. I said, g‘I will certainly honor you,’ but the Lord has held you back from honor.” 12And Balaam said to Balak, “Did I not tell your messengers whom you sent to me, 13 hIf Balak should give me his house full of silver and gold, I would not be able to go beyond the word of the Lord, to do either good or bad iof my own will. What the Lord speaks, that will I speak’?

1 Samuel 9:8

8The servant answered Saul again, “Here, I have with me a quarter of a shekel
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of silver, and I will give it to the man of God to tell us our way.”

1 Kings 13:7

7And the king said to the man of God, “Come home with me, and refresh yourself, and kI will give you a reward.”

1 Kings 22:3

2 Kings 8:8-9

8the king said to mHazael, nTake a present with you and go to meet the man of God, oand inquire of the Lord through him, saying, ‘Shall I recover from this sickness?’” 9So Hazael went to meet him, and took a present with him, all kinds of goods of Damascus, forty camelsloads. When he came and stood before him, he said, p“Your son Ben-hadad king of Syria has sent me to you, saying, ‘Shall I recover from this sickness?’”
