Numbers 23:19

19 aGod is not man, that he should lie,
or a son of man, that he should change his mind.
Has he said, and will he not do it?
Or has he spoken, and will he not fulfill it?

Isaiah 42:9

9Behold, the former things have come to pass,
band new things I now declare;
before they spring forth
I tell you of them.”

Hebrews 6:14-18

14saying, cSurely I will bless you and multiply you.” 15And thus Abraham,
Greek he
ehaving patiently waited, obtained the promise.
16For people swear by something greater than themselves, and in all their disputes fan oath is final for confirmation. 17So when God desired to show more convincingly to gthe heirs of the promise hthe unchangeable character of his purpose, ihe guaranteed it with an oath, 18so that by two unchangeable things, in which jit is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled for refuge might have strong encouragement to hold fast to the hope kset before us.
