Numbers 23:20-24

20Behold, I received a command to bless:
ahe has blessed, and bI cannot revoke it.
21 cHe has not beheld misfortune in Jacob,
nor has he seen trouble in Israel.
The Lord their God is with them,
and the shout of a king is among them.
22 dGod brings them out of Egypt
and is for them like ethe horns of the wild ox.
23For there is no enchantment against Jacob,
no fdivination against Israel;
now it shall be said of Jacob and Israel,
gWhat has God wrought!’
24Behold, a people! hAs a lioness it rises up
and as a lion it lifts itself;
iit does not lie down until it has devoured the prey
and drunk the blood of the slain.”

5How lovely are your tents, O Jacob,
your encampments, O Israel!

Deuteronomy 4:7-8

7For jwhat great nation is there that has ka god so near to it as the Lord our God is to us, whenever we call upon him? 8And what great nation is there, that has statutes and rules so lrighteous as all this law that I set before you today?

2 Samuel 7:23

before your people, whom qyou redeemed for yourself from Egypt, a nation and its gods?

Psalms 33:12

12 rBlessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,
the people whom he has schosen as his heritage!
