Numbers 24:7

7 Water shall flow from his buckets,
and his seed shall be ^ain many waters;
his king shall be higher than ^bAgag,
and ^chis kingdom shall be exalted.

Numbers 24:17-19

17 ^dI see him, but not now;
I behold him, but not near:
^ea star shall come out of Jacob,
and ^fa scepter shall rise out of Israel;
