Numbers 25:6

6And behold, one of the people of Israel came and brought a Midianite woman to his family, in the sight of Moses and in the sight of the whole congregation of the people of Israel, while they were aweeping in the entrance of the tent of meeting.

Judges 2:4-5

4As soon as the angel of the Lord spoke these words to all the people of Israel, the people lifted up their voices and wept. 5And they called the name of that place Bochim.
 Bochim means weepers
And they sacrificed there to the Lord.

Judges 20:26

26Then all the people of Israel, the whole army, went up and came to cBethel and wept. They sat there before the Lord and fasted that day until evening, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord.
