Women and Vows
3“If a woman vows a vow to the Lord and binds herself by a pledge, while within her father’s house in her youth,Deuteronomy 23:23
23You shall be careful to do what has passed your lips, for you have voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.Matthew 15:18
18But awhat comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person.
