Numbers 31:8

8They killed the kings of Midian with the rest of their slain, aEvi, Rekem, bZur, Hur, and Reba, the five kings of Midian. And they also killed cBalaam the son of Beor with the sword.

Joshua 7:24-26

24And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the dValley of Achor. 25And Joshua said, “Why did you ebring trouble on us? The Lord brings trouble on you today.” And all Israel fstoned him with stones. gThey burned them with fire and stoned them with stones. 26And they raised over him ha great heap of stones that remains to this day. Then ithe Lord turned from his burning anger. Therefore, to this day the name of that place is called the Valley of Achor.
 Achor means trouble


Matthew 27:3-5

Judas Hangs Himself

3Then when kJudas, his betrayer, saw that Jesus

was condemned, mhe changed his mind and brought back nthe thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and the elders,
4saying, “I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” They said, “What is that to us? oSee to it yourself.” 5And throwing down the pieces of silver into the temple, phe departed, and he went and hanged himself.

Acts 5:4-5

4While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? Why is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to man but qto God.” 5When Ananias heard these words, he rfell down and breathed his last. And sgreat fear came upon all who heard of it.
