Numbers 33:38

38And Aaron the priest went up aMount Hor at the command of the Lord and died there, in the fortieth year after the people of Israel had come out of the land of Egypt, on the first day of the fifth month.

Deuteronomy 8:2-3

2And you shall remember the whole way that the Lord your God has led you bthese forty years in the wilderness, that he might humble you, ctesting you dto know what was in your heart, ewhether you would keep his commandments or not. 3And he humbled you and flet you hunger and gfed you with manna, which you did not know, nor did your fathers know, that he might make you know that hman does not live by bread alone, but man lives by every word
Hebrew  by all
that comes from the mouth of the Lord.

Nehemiah 9:15

15 jYou gave them bread from heaven for their hunger and kbrought water for them out of the rock for their thirst, and you ltold them to go in to possess the land that you had sworn to give them.

Nehemiah 9:20-21

20 mYou gave your good Spirit to instruct them nand did not withhold your manna from their mouth and gave them water for their thirst. 21 oForty years you sustained them in the wilderness, and they lacked nothing. Their clothes did not wear out and their feet did not swell.

Psalms 78:24-25

24and he prained down on them manna to eat
and gave them qthe grain of heaven.
25Man ate of the bread of rthe angels;
he sent them food sin abundance.

John 6:30-58

30So they said to him, tThen what sign do you do, that we may see and believe you? What work do you perform? 31 uOur fathers ate the manna in the wilderness; as it is written, v‘He gave them bread from heaven to eat.’” 32Jesus then said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, it was not Moses who gave you the bread from heaven, but my Father gives you the true bread from heaven. 33For the bread of God is whe who comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.” 34They said to him, xSir, give us this bread always.”

35Jesus said to them, yI am the bread of life; zwhoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst. 36But I said to you that you have seen me and yet do not believe. 37 aaAll that abthe Father gives me will come to me, and acwhoever comes to me I will never cast out. 38For adI have come down from heaven, not to do aemy own will but afthe will of him agwho sent me. 39And ahthis is the will of him who sent me, aithat I should lose nothing of ajall that he has given me, but akraise it up on the last day. 40For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who allooks on the Son and ambelieves in him anshould have eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.”

41So the Jews grumbled about him, because he said, aoI am the bread that came down from heaven.” 42They said, apIs not this Jesus, aqthe son of Joseph, whose father and mother arwe know? How does he now say, ‘I have come down from heaven?” 43Jesus answered them, “Do not grumble among yourselves. 44No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me asdraws him. And atI will raise him up on the last day. 45It is written in the Prophets, auAnd they will all be avtaught by God.’ awEveryone who has heard and learned from the Father comes to me 46 axnot that anyone has seen the Father except ayhe who is from God; he azhas seen the Father. 47Truly, truly, I say to you, bawhoever believes has eternal life. 48 bbI am the bread of life. 49 bcYour fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and bdthey died. 50 beThis is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it bfand not die. 51I am the living bread bgthat came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever. And the bread that I will give bhfor the life of the world is bimy flesh.”

52The Jews then bjdisputed among themselves, saying, bkHow can this man give us his flesh to eat?” 53So Jesus said to them, Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of blthe Son of Man and drink his blood, you bmhave no life in you. 54Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood bnhas eternal life, and boI will raise him up on the last day. 55For my flesh is true food, and my blood is true drink. 56Whoever feeds on my flesh and drinks my blood bpabides in me, and I in him. 57As bqthe living Father brsent me, and bsI live because of the Father, so whoever feeds on me, he also will live because of me. 58 btThis is the bread that came down from heaven, not like the bread
Greek lacks  the bread
the fathers ate, and died. Whoever feeds on this bread will live forever.”
