Numbers 33:52

52then ayou shall drive out ball the inhabitants of the land from before you and destroy all their cfigured stones and destroy all their metal images and demolish all their high places.

Numbers 33:55-56

55But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you, then those of them whom you let remain shall be as dbarbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land where you dwell. 56And I will do to you eas I thought to do to them.”

Deuteronomy 7:2

2 fand when the Lord your God gives them over to you, and you defeat them, then you must gdevote them to complete destruction.
That is, set apart ( devote) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
iYou shall make no covenant with them and show no mercy to them.

Deuteronomy 7:16

16And jyou shall consume all the peoples that the Lord your God will give over to you. kYour eye shall not pity them, neither shall you serve their gods, for that would be la snare to you.

Deuteronomy 7:23-24

23 mBut the Lord your God will give them over to you and throw them into great confusion, until they are destroyed. 24And nhe will give their kings into your hand, and you shall omake their name perish from under heaven. pNo one shall be able to stand against you until you have destroyed them.

Deuteronomy 20:16-17

16But qin the cities of these peoples that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance, you shall save alive nothing that breathes, 17but ryou shall devote them to complete destruction,

1 Samuel 15:22-23

22And Samuel said,

as in obeying the voice of the Lord?
Behold, xto obey is better than sacrifice,
and to listen than the fat of rams.
23For rebellion is as the sin of divination,
and presumption is as iniquity and yidolatry.
Because zyou have rejected the word of the Lord,
aahe has also rejected you from being king.”
