Numbers 5:6-7

6Speak to the people of Israel, aWhen a man or woman commits any of the sins that people commit by breaking faith with the Lord, and that person realizes his guilt, 7 bhe shall confess his sin that he has committed.
Hebrew they shall confess their sin that they have committed
dAnd he shall make full restitution for his wrong, adding a fifth to it and giving it to him to whom he did the wrong.

2 Chronicles 30:22

22And Hezekiah spoke eencouragingly to all the Levites who showed good skill in the service of the Lord. So they ate the food of the festival for seven days, sacrificing fpeace offerings and giving thanks to the Lord, the God of their fathers.

2 Chronicles 33:12-13

12And when he was in distress, he entreated the favor of the Lord his God gand humbled himself greatly before the God of his fathers. 13He prayed to him, and hGod was moved by his entreaty and heard his plea and brought him again to Jerusalem into his kingdom. iThen Manasseh knew that the Lord was God.

Ezra 10:10-11

10And Ezra the priest stood up and said to them, “You have broken faith and married foreign women, and so increased the guilt of Israel. 11Now then jmake confession to the Lord, the God of your fathers and do his will. kSeparate yourselves from the peoples of the land and from the foreign wives.”

Psalms 32:5

5 I lacknowledged my sin to you,
and I did not cover my iniquity;
I said, “I mwill confess my transgressions to the Lord,”
and you forgave the iniquity of my sin.  Selah

Psalms 51:3

3 nFor I know my transgressions,
and my sin is ever before me.
