Numbers 5:7

7 ahe shall confess his sin that he has committed.
Hebrew they shall confess their sin that they have committed
cAnd he shall make full restitution for his wrong, adding a fifth to it and giving it to him to whom he did the wrong.

Deuteronomy 4:29-31

29 dBut from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you ein the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice. 31For the Lord your God is fa merciful God. gHe will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.

35 t“When heaven is shut up and there is no rain because they have sinned against you, if they pray toward this place and acknowledge your name and turn from their sin, when you afflict them, 36then hear in heaven and forgive the sin of your servants, your people Israel, when uyou teach them vthe good way in which they should walk, and grant rain upon your land, which you have given to your people as an inheritance.
