Numbers 9:1-5

The Passover Celebrated

1And the Lord spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, ain the first month of the second year after they had come out of the land of Egypt, saying, 2“Let the people of Israel keep the Passover at its appointed time. 3 bOn the fourteenth day of this month, at twilight, you shall keep it at its appointed time; according to all its statutes and all its rules you shall keep it.” 4So Moses told the people of Israel that they should keep the Passover. 5And they kept the Passover in the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month, at twilight, in the wilderness of Sinai; according to all that the Lord commanded Moses, so the people of Israel did.

Ezekiel 12:3

3As for you, son of man, prepare for yourself can exile’s baggage, and go into exile by day din their sight. You shall go like an exile from your place to another place ein their sight. fPerhaps they will understand, though
Or  will see that
they are a rebellious house.

Ezekiel 12:6-16

6In their sight you shall lift the baggage upon your shoulder and carry it out at dusk. You shall cover your face that you may not see the land, for I have made you ha sign for the house of Israel.”

7 iAnd I did as I was commanded. jI brought out my baggage by day, as baggage for exile, and in the evening I dug through the wall with my own hands. I brought out my baggage at dusk, carrying it on my shoulder in their sight.

8In the morning the word of the Lord came to me: 9 kSon of man, has not the house of Israel, lthe rebellious house, said to you, mWhat are you doing?’ 10Say to them, ‘Thus says the Lord God: This oracle concerns
Or  This burden is
othe prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel who are in it.’
Hebrew  in the midst of them
11Say, qI am a sign for you: ras I have done, so shall it be done to them. They shall go into exile, into captivity.’ 12 sAnd the prince who is among them shall lift his baggage upon his shoulder at dusk, and shall go out. tThey shall dig through the wall to bring him out through it. uHe shall cover his face, that he may not see the land with his eyes. 13 vAnd I will spread my net over him, and he shall be taken in my snare. And wI will bring him to Babylon, the land of the Chaldeans, xyet he shall not see it, and he shall die there. 14 yAnd I will scatter toward every wind all who are around him, his helpers and all his troops, zand I will unsheathe the sword after them. 15 aaAnd they shall know that I am the Lord, when I disperse them among the nations and scatter them among the countries. 16 abBut I will let a few of them escape from the sword, from famine and pestilence, that they may declare all their abominations among the nations where they go, acand may know that I am the Lord.”
