Philemon 5-7

5 because I ^ahear of your love and ^bof the faith that you have toward the Lord Jesus and for all the saints, 6 and I pray that the sharing of your faith may become effective for the full ^cknowledge of every good thing that is in us for the sake of Christ. ^{▼▼Or for Christ’s service} 7 For I have derived much joy and ^ecomfort from your love, my brother, because the hearts of the saints ^fhave been refreshed through you.

James 2:15-17

15 ^gIf a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacking in daily food, 16 ^hand one of you says to them, “Go in peace, be warmed and filled,” without giving them the things needed for the body, what good ^{▼▼Or benefit} is that? 17 So also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead.

1 John 3:14-17

14 We know that ^jwe have passed out of death into life, because we love the brothers. Whoever does not love abides in death. 15 ^kEveryone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that ^lno murderer has eternal life abiding in him.
