Philippians 2:1-4

Christ’s Example of Humility

1So if there is any encouragement in Christ, any comfort from alove, any bparticipation in the Spirit, any caffection and sympathy, 2 dcomplete my joy by being eof the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind. 3Do nothing from fselfish ambition or gconceit, but in hhumility count others more significant than yourselves. 4Let each of you ilook not only to his own interests, but also to the interests of others.

Colossians 3:12-15

And xbe thankful.

James 3:13-18

Wisdom from Above

13Who is wise and understanding among you? abBy his good conduct let him show his works acin the meekness of wisdom. 14But if you have bitter adjealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast and be false to the truth. 15This is not aethe wisdom that comes down from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, afdemonic. 16For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every vile practice. 17But agthe wisdom from above is first pure, then ahpeaceable, gentle, open to reason, aifull of mercy and good fruits, ajimpartial and aksincere. 18And ala harvest of righteousness amis sown in peace by those who make peace.

1 Peter 3:11
