Philippians 3:6-9

7But ewhatever gain I had, fI counted as loss for the sake of Christ. 8Indeed, I count everything as loss because of gthe surpassing worth of hknowing Christ Jesus my Lord. For his sake I ihave suffered the loss of all things and count them as rubbish, in order that I may gain Christ 9and be found in him, not having ja righteousness of my own that comes from the law, but kthat which comes through faith in Christ, the righteousness from God that depends on faith

Hebrews 7:19

19(for lthe law made nothing perfect); but on the other hand, ma better hope is introduced, through which nwe draw near to God.

Hebrews 9:9-10

According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered pthat cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper,
10but deal only with qfood and drink and rvarious washings, regulations for the body imposed until the time of reformation.

Hebrews 10:4

4For sit is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

Hebrews 10:11

11And every priest stands tdaily at his service, uoffering repeatedly the same sacrifices, vwhich can never take away sins.
