Proverbs 1:16-19

16for atheir feet run to evil,
and they make haste to shed blood.
17 bFor in vain is a net spread
in the sight of any bird,
18but these men clie in wait for their own blood;
they dset an ambush for their own lives.
19 eSuch are the ways of everyone who is fgreedy for unjust gain;
git takes away the life of its possessors.

Proverbs 7:22-23

22All at once he follows her,
as an ox goes to the slaughter,
or as a stag is caught fast

23till an arrow pierces its liver;
as ia bird rushes into a snare;
he does not know that it will cost him his life.
