Proverbs 1:20-22

The Call of Wisdom

20 aWisdom cries aloud in the street,
in the markets she raises her voice;
21at the head of the noisy streets she cries out;
at bthe entrance of the city gates she speaks:
22“How long, O csimple ones, will you love being simple?
How long will dscoffers delight in their scoffing
and fools ehate knowledge?

Jeremiah 1:7

7But the Lord said to me,

“Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’;
for to all to whom I send you, you shall go,
and fwhatever I command you, you shall speak.

Jeremiah 3:12

12Go, and proclaim these words toward gthe north, and say,

h“‘Return, faithless Israel,

declares the Lord.
I will not look on you in anger,
for iI am merciful,

declares the Lord;
jI will not be angry forever.

Jeremiah 7:2

2 kStand in the gate of the Lord’s house, and proclaim there this word, and say, Hear the word of the Lord, all you men of Judah who enter these gates to worship the Lord.

Jeremiah 11:6

6And the Lord said to me, lProclaim all these words in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem: mHear the words of this covenant and do them.

Jeremiah 26:2

2Thus says the Lord: nStand in the court of the Lord’s house, and speak to all the cities of Judah that come to worship in the house of the Lord oall the words that I command you to speak to them; pdo not hold back a word.

Ezekiel 3:10-11

10Moreover, he said to me, “Son of man, qall my words that I shall speak to you receive rin your heart, and hear with your ears. 11And go to the exiles, sto your people, and speak to them and say to them, tThus says the Lord God,’ uwhether they hear or refuse to hear.”

Jonah 3:2

2Arise, go to vNineveh, that great city, and call out against it the message that I tell you.”
