28 ^aThe hope of the righteous brings joy,
^bbut the expectation of the wicked will perish.

7 When the wicked dies, his ^chope will perish,
and ^dthe expectation of wealth ^{▼▼Or of his strength, or of iniquity} perishes too.

3 And everyone who ^fthus hopes in him ^gpurifies himself as he is pure.
