21Whoever adespises his neighbor is a sinner,
but bblessed is he who is generous to the poor.

Proverbs 14:31

31Whoever oppresses a poor man cinsults his dMaker,
ebut he who is generous to the needy honors him.

Proverbs 17:5

5Whoever mocks the poor finsults his Maker;
he who is gglad at calamity will not go hunpunished.

Zechariah 11:7
