Proverbs 19:21

21 ^aMany are the plans in the mind of a man,
but ^bit is the purpose of the Lord ^cthat will stand.

23 ^dI know, O Lord, that the way of man is not in himself,
that it is not in man who walks to direct his steps.

21 But on taking leave of them he said, “I will return to you ^eif God wills,” and he set sail from Ephesus.

10 always in my prayers, asking that somehow ^fby God’s will I may now at last succeed in coming to you.

19 But ^gI will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power.
