Proverbs 21:30-31

30 ^aNo wisdom, no understanding, no counsel
can avail against the Lord.
31 ^bThe horse is made ready for the day of battle,
but ^cthe victory belongs to the Lord.

Proverbs 24:5-6

5 ^dA wise man is full of strength,
and a man of knowledge enhances his might,
6 for by ^ewise guidance you can wage your war,
and in ^fabundance of counselors there is victory.
