1Let every person gbe subject to the governing authorities. For hthere is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.

1 Thessalonians 5:6-8

6So then ilet us not sleep, as others do, but let us jkeep awake and kbe sober. 7For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk, lare drunk at night. 8But since we belong to the day, let us be sober, mhaving put on the breastplate of nfaith and love, and for a helmet the hope of salvation.
