Proverbs 23:5

5When your eyes light on it, it is gone,

8All things are full of weariness;
a man cannot utter it;
bthe eye is not satisfied with seeing,
nor the ear filled with hearing.

Ecclesiastes 2:10-11

10And whatever my eyes desired I did not keep from them. I kept my heart from no pleasure, for my heart cfound pleasure in all my toil, and this was my dreward for all my toil. 11Then I considered all that my hands had done and the toil I had expended in doing it, and behold, all was evanity and a striving after wind, and there was nothing fto be gained under the sun.

Ecclesiastes 5:10-11

10He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves wealth with his income; this also is vanity. 11When goods increase, they increase who eat them, and what advantage has their owner but to see them with his eyes?
