Proverbs 31:3-5

3 Do ^anot give your strength to women,
your ways to those ^bwho destroy kings.
4 ^cIt is not for kings, O Lemuel,
it is not for kings ^dto drink wine,
or for rulers to take ^estrong drink,
5 lest they drink and forget what has been decreed
and ^fpervert the rights of all the afflicted.
