Proverbs 31:4-5

4 aIt is not for kings, O Lemuel,
it is not for kings bto drink wine,
or for rulers to take cstrong drink,
5lest they drink and forget what has been decreed
and dpervert the rights of all the afflicted.

Amos 6:3-6

land bring near the seat of violence?

Matthew 24:49-51

49and begins to beat his fellow servants
