and gather the dispersed of Judah
from the four corners of the earth.
13 vThe jealousy of Ephraim shall depart,
and those who harass Judah shall be cut off;
Ephraim shall not be jealous of Judah,
and Judah shall not harass Ephraim.
14 wBut they shall swoop down on the shoulder of the Philistines in the west,
and together they shall plunder xthe people of the east.
They shall put out their hand yagainst zEdom and aaMoab,
and abthe Ammonites shall obey them.
15And the Lord will utterly destroy

and will wave his hand over aethe River
with his scorching breath,

27 at“But fear not, O Jacob my servant,
nor be dismayed, O Israel,
for behold, I will save you from far away,
and your offspring from the land of their captivity.
Jacob shall return and have quiet and ease,
and none shall make him afraid.
28 auFear not, O Jacob my servant,

declares the Lord,
for I am with you.
I will make a full end of all the nations
to which I have driven you,
but of you I will not make a full end.
avI will discipline you in just measure,
and I will by no means leave you unpunished.”
