13You will aarise and have bpity on Zion;

and have pity on her dust.
15Nations will efear the name of the Lord,
and all fthe kings of the earth will fear your glory.
16For the Lord gbuilds up Zion;
he happears in his glory;
17he iregards the prayer of the destitute
and does not despise their prayer.

and in Jerusalem his praise,

Isaiah 62:6-10

6 On your walls, O Jerusalem,
I have set nwatchmen;
all the day and all the night
they shall never be silent.
You who put the Lord in remembrance,
take no rest,
7and give him no rest
until he establishes Jerusalem
and makes it oa praise in the earth.
8The Lord has sworn pby his right hand
and by his mighty arm:
“I will not again give qyour grain
to be food for your enemies,
rand foreigners shall not drink your wine
for which you have labored;
9but sthose who garner it shall eat it
and praise the Lord,
and tthose who gather it shall drink it
in the courts of my sanctuary.”
Or  in my holy courts

10 Go through, go through the gates;
vprepare the way for the people;
wbuild up, build up the highway;
