Psalms 102:16-17
16For the Lord abuilds up Zion;he bappears in his glory;
17he cregards the prayer of the destitute
and does not despise their prayer.

The Lord Will Be Gracious
18 Therefore the Lord dwaits to be gracious to you,and therefore he eexalts himself to show mercy to you.
For the Lord is a God of justice;
fblessed are all those who wait for him.
19For a people shall dwell gin Zion, in Jerusalem; you shall weep no more. He will surely be gracious to you at the sound of your cry. As soon as he hears it, he answers you.

Him Whom They Have Pierced
10“And hI will pour out on the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and ipleas for mercy, so that, jwhen they look on me, on him whom they have pierced, kthey shall mourn for him, las one mourns for an only child, and weep bitterly over him, as one weeps over a firstborn.Zechariah 14:3
