Psalms 102:25-26

25 ^aOf old you laid the foundation of the earth,
and ^bthe heavens are the work of your hands.

You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away,

Isaiah 40:12

12 ^eWho has measured the waters in the hollow of his hand
