Psalms 102:25-27

25 ^aOf old you laid the foundation of the earth,
and ^bthe heavens are the work of your hands.
26 ^cThey will perish, but ^dyou will remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
You will change them like a robe, and they will pass away,
27 but ^eyou are the same, and your years have no end.

Isaiah 51:6

6 ^fLift up your eyes to the heavens,
and look at the earth beneath;
^gfor the heavens vanish like smoke,
the earth will wear out like a garment,
and they who dwell in it will die in like manner; ^{▼▼Or will die like gnats}
ⁱbut my salvation will be forever,
and my righteousness will never be dismayed.

Matthew 5:18

18 For truly, I say to you, ^juntil heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

Matthew 24:35

35 ^kHeaven and earth will pass away, but ^lmy words will not pass away.

Hebrews 1:10-12

10 And,

^m“You, Lord, laid the foundation of the earth in the beginning,
and the heavens are the work of your hands;
11 they will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment,
12 like a robe you will roll them up,

2 Peter 3:10-12

10 But ^pthe day of the Lord will come like a thief, and then ^qthe heavens will pass away with a roar, and ^rthe heavenly bodies ^{▼▼Or elements; also verse 12} will be burned up and dissolved, and the earth and the works that are done on it will be exposed. ^{▼▼Greek found; some manuscripts will be burned up}

11 Since all these things are thus to be dissolved, ^uwhat sort of people ought you to be in lives of holiness and godliness, 12 ^vwaiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be set on fire and dissolved, and ^wthe heavenly bodies will melt as they burn!
