Psalms 103:6-19
6 The Lord works arighteousnessand justice for all who are oppressed.
7He made known his bways to Moses,
his cacts to the people of Israel.
8The Lord is dmerciful and gracious,
slow to anger and abounding in steadfast love.
9 eHe will not always chide,
nor will he fkeep his anger forever.
10He does not deal with us gaccording to our sins,
nor repay us according to our iniquities.
11For has high as the heavens are above the earth,
so great is his isteadfast love toward jthose who fear him;
12as far as the east is from the west,
so far does he kremove our transgressions from us.
13As la father shows compassion to his children,
so the Lord shows compassion mto those who fear him.
14For he knows our frame; ▼
▼Or knows how we are formed
he oremembers that we are dust.
15 As for man, his days are like pgrass;
he flourishes like qa flower of the field;
16for rthe wind passes over it, and sit is gone,
and tits place knows it no more.
17But uthe steadfast love of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on vthose who fear him,
and his righteousness to wchildren’s children,
18to those who xkeep his covenant
and yremember to do his commandments.
19The Lord has zestablished his throne in the heavens,
and his aakingdom rules over all.
