Psalms 105:39-45
39 He aspread a cloud for a covering,and fire to give light by night.
40 bThey asked, and he cbrought quail,
and gave them dbread from heaven in abundance.
41He opened the rock, and ewater gushed out;
it flowed through fthe desert like a river.
42For he gremembered his holy promise,
and hAbraham, his servant.
43 So he brought his people out with joy,
his ichosen ones with jsinging.
44And he kgave them the lands of the nations,
and they took possession of the fruit of the peoples’ toil,
45that they might lkeep his statutes
and mobserve his laws.
nPraise the Lord!
