35but they amixed with the nations
and learned to do as they did.

Ezekiel 20:7-8

7And I said to them, ' bCast away the detestable things cyour eyes feast on, every one of you, and do not defile yourselves with dthe idols of Egypt; eI am the Lord your God.' 8 fBut they rebelled against me and were not willing to listen to me. gNone of them cast away the detestable things their eyes feasted on, nor did they forsake the idols of Egypt.

Ezekiel 23:8
