9 He ^arebuked the Red Sea, and it ^bbecame dry,
and he ^cled them through the deep as through a desert.

4 ^dHe rebukes the sea and makes it dry;
he dries up all the rivers;
^eBashan and ^fCarmel wither;
the bloom of ^gLebanon withers.

39 And he awoke and ^hrebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and ⁱthere was a great calm.
