This psalm is an acrostic poem, each line beginning with the successive letters of the Hebrew alphabet
bPraise the Lord!
I cwill give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart,
in the company of dthe upright, in the congregation.

Psalms 119:2

2Blessed are those who ekeep his ftestimonies,
who gseek him with their whole heart,

when I learn hyour righteous rules.
