Psalms 115:4-8

4 aTheir idols are silver and gold,
bthe work of human hands.
5They have mouths, cbut do not speak;
eyes, but do not see.
6They have ears, but do not hear;
noses, but do not smell.
7They have hands, but do not feel;
feet, but do not walk;
and they do not make a sound in their throat.
8 dThose who make them become like them;
so do all who trust in them.

Isaiah 41:24

8Fear not, nor be afraid;
have I not told you from of old and declared it?
fAnd you are my witnesses!
gIs there a God besides me?
There is no hRock; I know not any.”

at the time of their punishment they shall perish.

1 Corinthians 10:19-20

19What do I imply then? That food offered to idols is anything, or that man idol is anything? 20No, I imply that what pagans sacrifice nthey offer to demons and not to God. I do not want you to be participants with demons.
