89 Forever, O Lord, your ^aword
is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90 Your ^bfaithfulness endures to all generations;
you have ^cestablished the earth, and it ^dstands fast.
91 By your ^eappointment they stand this day,
for all things are your servants.

Isaiah 46:10-11

10 ^fdeclaring the end from the beginning
and from ancient times things not yet done,
saying, ^g‘My counsel shall stand,
and I will accomplish all my purpose,’
11 ^hcalling a bird of prey from the east,
the man of my counsel from a far country.
ⁱI have spoken, and I will bring it to pass;
I have purposed, and I will do it.

Isaiah 55:10-11
