Psalms 119:89-91

89 Forever, O Lord, your aword
is firmly fixed in the heavens.
90Your bfaithfulness endures to all generations;
you have cestablished the earth, and it dstands fast.
91By your eappointment they stand this day,
for all things are your servants.

Isaiah 46:10-11

10 fdeclaring the end from the beginning
and from ancient times things not yet done,
saying, g‘My counsel shall stand,
and I will accomplish all my purpose,’
11 hcalling a bird of prey from the east,
the man of my counsel from a far country.
iI have spoken, and I will bring it to pass;
I have purposed, and I will do it.

Isaiah 55:10-11

10 jFor as the rain and the snow come down from heaven
and do not return there but water the earth,
making it bring forth and sprout,
kgiving seed to the sower and bread to the eater,
11so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth;
it shall not return to me empty,
but lit shall accomplish that which I purpose,
and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Zechariah 1:6
