Psalms 13:1-4

How Long, O Lord?

To the choirmaster. A Psalm of David.

1 aHow long, O Lord? Will you bforget me forever?
How long will you chide your face from me?
2How long must I take dcounsel in my soul
and have sorrow in my heart all the day?
How long shall my enemy be exalted over me?
3 eConsider and answer me, O Lord my God;
flight up my eyes, lest gI sleep the sleep of death,
4 hlest my enemy say, “I have prevailed over him,”
lest my foes rejoice because I am ishaken.

Psalms 40:13

13 jBe pleased, O Lord, to kdeliver me!
O Lord, lmake haste to help me!

Psalms 40:17

17As for me, I am mpoor and needy,
but nthe Lord takes thought for me.
You are my help and my deliverer;
do not delay, O my God!

Psalms 70:5

5But I am poor and needy;
ohasten to me, O God!
You are my help and my deliverer;
O Lord, do not delay!

Psalms 71:12

12 O God, be not pfar from me;
