Psalms 146:8

8 athe Lord opens the eyes of the blind.
bThe Lord lifts up those who are bowed down;

Isaiah 29:18

18In that day dthe deaf shall hear

and out of their gloom and darkness
fthe eyes of the blind shall see.

Isaiah 35:4-6

4Say to those who have an anxious heart,
“Be strong; fear not!
gBehold, your God
will come with vengeance,
with the recompense of God.
He will come and save you.”
5 hThen the eyes of the blind shall be opened,
and the ears of the deaf unstopped;

Isaiah 42:6-7

6I am the Lord; kI have called you
The Hebrew for  you is singular; four times in this verse
in righteousness;
I will take you by the hand and keep you;
I will give you mas a covenant for the people,
na light for the nations,
7 oto open the eyes that are blind,
to bring out the prisoners from the dungeon,
pfrom the prison those who sit in darkness.

Matthew 9:30

Luke 4:18

Luke 7:21-22

Leprosy was a term for several skin diseases; see Leviticus 13
are cleansed, and acthe deaf hear, adthe dead are raised up, aethe poor have good news preached to them.
