13 aLet them praise the name of the Lord,
for bhis name alone is exalted;
chis majesty is above earth and heaven.
14He has draised up a horn for his people,
epraise for all his saints,
for the people of Israel who are fnear to him.

Sing to the Lord ia new song,
his praise in jthe assembly of the godly!
2Let Israel kbe glad in lhis Maker;
let the children of Zion rejoice in their mKing!
3Let them praise his name with ndancing,
making melody to him with otambourine and plyre!
4For the Lord qtakes pleasure in his people;
he radorns the humble with salvation.
5Let the godly exult in glory;
let them ssing for joy on their tbeds.
6Let uthe high praises of God be in their throats
and vtwo-edged swords in their hands,
7to execute vengeance on the nations
and punishments on the peoples,
8to bind their kings with wchains
and their nobles with fetters of iron,
9to execute on them the judgment xwritten!
yThis is honor for all his godly ones.
